HOW TO ORDER YOUR MOLD – OUR EXACT 8-STEP PROCESS
1. Send us one of these (whichever you have):
• 3D file (STEP / IGES / STP / SolidWorks / Pro-E / UG etc.)
• Physical sample (we 3D-scan it free)
• Detailed 2D drawing
2. Within 2–5 days we send back full quotation
(mold price + 50–100 T1 samples included)
3. You confirm the price and specifications
4. We redesign the mold drawing for perfect manufacturability
(cooling channels, ejection, parting line, gate type, steel grade)
5. You approve the final mold design (usually same/next day)
6. You pay 50 % deposit → we start cutting steel the same day
7. Mold building: 15–45 calendar days (weekly photos & video updates)
8. T1 samples + inspection report → you approve → pay remaining 50 % →
Mold is shipped to you OR we keep it and run production (your choice)
